Abstract Submission Information

HPLC 2024 abstract submission information for authors.

Please note: These instructions are for authors only - keynotes and plenaries should email their abstract to cfolkerts@conferencecatalysts.com instead of using the submission site.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Authors giving a lecture or presenting a poster are required to register conference attendee (not booth staff) and attend the meeting. Abstracts will only be published in the scientific program, if the main author is registered and has paid the registration fee until June 3, 2024 at the latest. Please assign your abstract to one of the following topics:

We remind you that May 27, 2024 is the deadline to submit abstracts to be considered in the competition for Best Poster Awards.

No revisions or corrections will be made by the scientific committee. After a successful transmission, you will receive a reference code and a confirmation after the decision of the scientific committee.The scientific committee reserves the right to accept or reject papers, and to assign them to oral or poster contribution.

  • Oral Contributions Abstracts: March 18, 2024
  • Posters Abstracts: May 27, 2024

GUIDELINES

The abstract file (only PDF will be accepted) must be included in the submission of the contribution; otherwise, a submission will not be possible. Files may contain embedded graphics. Invalid files cause complete cancellation of your submission.


The layout of your abstract should follow these guidelines:

One page (8.5 X 11 inches)

Font
Arial, 11 pt

Margins
left/right: 1-inch margins

Title of the presentation (bold face), 11pt
Authors of the contribution in the format initials, main author, Co- author(s) in
the same format, 11pt;
[a] Address of the main author, 10 pt
[b, c…] Address(es) of the co-author(s), 10 pt

2nd
Contents of the abstract, 11pt

Footnotes
Please write footnotes in normal text at the end of your abstract, 10pt

Title of the file name
You can use the following characters: A-Z, a-z, 0-9, point (.), underline (_), minus
(-). Blanks are not allowed. The length of the file name cannot be longer than 20
characters, the max. file size is 25 MB.

2. Enter your abstract title, Upload the PDF of your abstract, and enter all authors of this abstract.
3. Please select whether you would rather have your abstract be presented as a poster or oral presentation if accepted.
4. Please select which category your abstract is best suited for.
5. Please accept all terms and conditions.
6. Press “Submit”.
